Competition Rules
1. Competitions on Santa-Claus.com
are open to entries worldwide, except employees of Santa-Claus.com, their
families, agents or any other person connected with its administration.
2. Only one entry per person per competition is valid.
3. The overall winner(s) for each competition will be the first correct entry
(entries) drawn at random from all the correct entries received by the competition
closing date.
4. No responsibility can be accepted for non-receipt or loss of e-mailed entries.
5. Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of each competition closing
date.
6. All prizes to be claimed within 21 days of the winning email notification.
7. Prizes will be delivered within 21 days of receipt of notification of the
delivery address.
8. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. No cash prize alternative is available.
10. Closing date for all competions is noon 24th December
